Refund policy

All our products are handmade in India, primarily by women artisans in small batches. This means each product is one of its kind. Should you feel that the product received is defective or damaged, please whatsapp us at 8595918884 within 48 hours from the order delivery date. Please include a video or photograph of the product to be returned in your message.

Our Quality team shall connect with you and arrange for a reverse pick up.  We shall process the refund once we receive the product at our location in unused condition in its original packaging and tags.

For prepaid orders, the refund shall be in the source of payment and for COD orders, it would be in the bank account of the individual whose name is there in the billing details. Kindly note that only the value of the returned product is eligible for refund. Other fees like gift wrap charges, cash on delivery charges, custom duty etc are non-refundable.
